Lance Sorenson has been in the equipment rental business for 24 years. Lance first worked for Adco Equipment, a large equipment rental company in southern California for 14 years. The first four years he worked as a salesman, renting to construction and industrial accounts, before going "Hollywood". He served the last ten years at Adco as Director of the Entertainment Industry division, responsible for sales and marketing as well as public relations.

Lance has served as President of 24/7 Studio Equipment since its inception in January 2006 and is one of the owners.
Lance has developed a top-notch leadership team that understands, better than any other company, the importance of working with production people. 24/7 Studio employees understand and appreciate the "sense of urgency" required to meet, and exceed, production demands. Along with tremendous support teams in sales, service, dispatch and transportation, Lance has guided 24/7 Studio Equipment to the point of being recognized as the company most preferred by industry professionals. Prior to 24/7 Studio Equipment, Lance served as President of NES Studio Equipment from 1998 until he left to start 24/7 Studio Equipment.

At every company, Lance has built a business based on strong personal relationships and stressing fundamentals. He believes in providing only the very best equipment along with unsurpassed service, because "service is the name of the game". While serving as the company's top officer, Lance still spends much of his time in front of the customer, preserving the invaluable personal relationships and assuring that the customer is getting what they deserve.

Lance credits his involvement with the Entertainment Industry to divine intervention and hard work. A deeply religious man, Lance is happily married and has two daughters. His favorite times are spent with his family.
